Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: How long does it take to do a Calibration?
A: Depending on the type of television you have and your setup, it will take 2 to 3 hours per input.
Q: How long does a Calibration last before I need another one?
A: As with any other electronic device, deterioration takes place over time. To compensate for this
deterioration we recommend having your television calibrated one a year.
Q: Can I have my Blu Ray or DVD player calibrated?
A: Yes, to some degree. It depends on the model and manufacturer.
Q: Will this void my warranty?
A: No, most manufacturers want you to get the most out of your television. Calibration will bring
your television up to the optimal viewing levels.
Q: What type of payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Master Card, and Discover credit cards, as well as
check, money order, cash or cashier's check.
Q: Can I go on line and get the settings for my television set?
A: When we do a calibration for you, it is not only customized to your television set, it is also customized
to your room lighting. Each TV is different, as well as the lighting of your room. The settings you will
find on line are a generic setting and will not be the same as a professional calibration.
